LVMH Fashion Group seeks Director of Talent Development and Acquisition in New York. Lead strategic talent initiatives across luxury Maisons. $160K–$175K + comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement impactful employee development programs including training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives to foster continuous learning and career progression
  • Lead the Organizational Management Review (OMR) process to identify high-potential talent and ensure a continuous pipeline of leadership talent for critical roles
  • Collaborate with Maison Talent Directors to integrate regional talent initiatives with global talent strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across all functions and levels
  • Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process, ensuring seamless candidate experiences that reflect company values
  • Implement metrics and reporting frameworks for recruiting activities to identify trends and drive data-informed insights
  • Build and manage internal client relationships with key stakeholders across various functions, businesses, and geographies through consultative collaboration and demonstrated accountability
  • Enhance LVMH Fashion Group's reputation as an employer of choice through targeted employer branding strategies and community engagement
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the talent development and acquisition team with clear goal-setting and performance metrics
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create equitable access to opportunities for all employees
  • Lead nominations for LVMH HOUSE programs, partnering with Maisons to deliver tailored learning experiences across all talent segments
  • Facilitate career conversations and establish clear career pathing expectations within corporate and retail departments

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in talent development and/or talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in developing and executing innovative recruitment and development strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated passion for the fashion industry with deep understanding of the luxury market
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to decision-making
