LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Director of Sales Administration & Key Account Management in New York, NY to lead commercial strategy, retail partnerships and team operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead annual sales planning, budgeting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, ensuring alignment with brand and company objectives
  • Build retail sales and gross shipment plans by account and product category in partnership with Key Account Managers and the leadership team
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans cross-functionally, with emphasis on the brand's top four retail partners
  • Build senior-level partnerships with merchant teams and retailer leadership to strengthen strategic relationships and drive sustainable growth
  • Partner with Supply Planning and Operations teams to optimize forecasting across all saleable product categories and point-of-sale materials
  • Oversee inventory planning and management, balancing availability, service levels and operational efficiency
  • Monitor performance against sales, shipment and budget targets; identify risks, opportunities and recommend corrective actions
  • Hire, develop and mentor the Key Account Management and Sales Administration teams; set clear performance expectations and foster continuous improvement
  • Serve as cross-functional connector across Sales, Marketing, E-Retail, Finance, Supply Planning and Operations
  • Optimize sales planning processes and reporting infrastructure to enhance visibility and operational decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales, key account management, sales planning or commercial operations
  • Significant people-leadership experience managing multi-functional teams
  • Beauty, luxury or consumer products industry experience
  • U.S. prestige retail market knowledge
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong command of sales reporting, forecasting and planning tools
  • Expertise in annual planning, budgeting, S&OP, account strategy, retail and shipment forecasting, and inventory management

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 160,000 to USD 180,000 per annum.
