LVMH Holding, Paris: Director of Workplace Environment and Procurement. Lead strategic facility management, procurement, and employee experience for the Holding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and service standards for a secure, attractive, and compliant workplace environment aligned with Group standards, incorporating premium hospitality benchmarks and continuous improvement.
- Develop and oversee the General Services procurement strategy, including vendor consultations, competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and supplier performance governance reviews.
- Manage the complete General Services budget lifecycle: forecasting, monitoring, revision, optimization, and cost control; interface with Holding Procurement, Finance, and Internal Control functions.
- Design and implement employee experience and occupant services strategies encompassing catering, reception, mail handling, archiving, logistics, and reprography; establish value-added services and satisfaction measurement mechanisms.
- Supervise fleet management and mobility solutions, including vehicle orders, renewals, restitutions, incident management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable mobility initiatives aligned with CSR objectives.
- Lead a team of three department heads and approximately fourteen direct and indirect reports; define objectives, drive team development, and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.
- Actively contribute to the General Services direction's strategic orientation, financial performance, and organizational and digital transformation initiatives; represent the Director and ensure interim coverage as required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a grande école de commerce, engineering school, or equivalent university programme
- Minimum ten years of experience in General Services Direction, Workplace Management, Facility Management, or Procurement, ideally within luxury conglomerates or premium environments
- Demonstrated expertise in indirect procurement, budget management, and contract administration
- Confirmed experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external partners
- Deep knowledge of complex contract management, vendor performance assessment, and supplier relationship governance
- Strong understanding of compliance, service continuity, service quality execution, CSR, and continuous improvement frameworks
Skills
Experience
Minimum ten years in a senior General Services, Facility Management, Workplace Management, or Procurement leadership role, preferably within large luxury groups or premium corporate environments. Must demonstrate a strong track record of managing large budgets, complex procurement operations, multidisciplinary teams, and external service providers at scale.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a grande école de commerce, engineering school, or equivalent university programme.
