Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement impactful employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives to foster continuous learning and career progression
  • Lead Organizational Management Review (OMR) processes to identify key talents, nurture leadership potential, and maintain a robust pipeline of succession candidates for critical positions
  • Collaborate with Maison Talent Directors to integrate regional talent initiatives with global talent strategy across all LVMH Fashion Group entities
  • Enhance internal mobility experiences for Fashion Group employees in collaboration with the broader LVMH ecosystem
  • Lead nomination processes for LVMH HOUSE programs, strategically assigning and delivering tailored learning experiences across all talent segments
  • Facilitate career conversations and establish clear career pathways within corporate and retail departments
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring requirements across the organization
  • Lead end-to-end executive recruitment processes, ensuring seamless and engaging candidate experiences that reflect company values
