Director of Talent Development and Acquisition at LVMH Fashion Group, New York – $160–$175K annually with comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement impactful employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives to foster continuous learning and career progression
- Lead the Organizational Management Review (OMR) to identify key talents, nurture their growth, and ensure a continuous pipeline of leadership talent for critical roles
- Collaborate with Maison Talent Directors to integrate regional talent initiatives with the overarching global talent strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across all Maisons
- Lead end-to-end executive recruitment processes ensuring seamless candidate experiences that reflect company values
- Build and maintain internal client relationships with key stakeholders across various functions, businesses, and geographies through consultative and collaborative approaches
- Implement metrics and reporting frameworks for recruiting activities to identify trends and actionable insights
- Enhance LVMH Fashion Group's reputation as an employer of choice through targeted employer branding and community engagement strategies
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace with equitable access to opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the talent development and acquisition team with clear goals and performance metrics
- Facilitate career conversations and establish clear career pathing expectations within corporate and retail departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in talent development and/or talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in developing and executing innovative recruitment and development strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels
- Deep passion for the fashion industry and comprehensive understanding of the luxury market
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
- Organizational agility with strong interest in working in matrixed environments
