Digital Learning & Retail Education Assistant internship at LVMH Fragrance Brands, Levallois-Perret, France (January–July 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain learner database for beauty advisors and training animators within the digital learning platform
- Execute community management activities including email campaigns and push notifications to drive engagement
- Support preparation and reporting of first-semester digital learning competitions and contests
- Assist with logistics and customer service management for contest gift fulfillment
- Contribute to pedagogical design and development of training materials for retail teams and brand ambassadors
- Support implementation and reporting of training metrics and KPIs
- Assist in organizing and preparing training events including roadshows and seminars
- Provide logistical support for customer survey coordination
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's degree level or higher) with focus on communication or digital
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong affinity for digital technologies and pedagogical design
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury industry and fragrance & cosmetics sector
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Currently pursuing higher education in commerce or digital communication.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or equivalent institution at Bachelor's level or above (Bac +4/5), preferably with specialization in communication or digital marketing.
Workplace
This position is based in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
