Digital Intern at Givenchy Beauty, London. 12-month internship supporting ecommerce and CRM strategy in hybrid role, starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support management of the local e-commerce site, tracking performance metrics daily and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Coordinate product launches and update site content, including visuals, merchandising, and promotional materials
  • Conduct daily site checks to identify and report bugs, errors, and performance issues to the technical team
  • Collaborate with headquarters technical team on e-commerce platform developments and system improvements
  • Prepare content briefs for performance media campaigns in partnership with agency partners Labelium and Tigrz
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports tracking sales against targets and key priorities
  • Manage end-to-end CRM campaign delivery including segmentation, testing, optimization, and reporting
  • Brief and manage external agency partners for CRM asset creation, including print, direct mail, and HTML email development
  • Contribute creative ideas for CRM content development within the marketing department
  • Support retail locations with localized email campaigns for store events as required
  • Ensure timely execution and budget compliance for all assigned CRM campaigns
  • Complete ad-hoc reporting requests for UK market analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Fluent in English
  • Genuine affinity for luxury beauty brands and the luxury sector
  • Demonstrated digital marketing or e-commerce experience
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
  • Keen eye for detail with excellent proofreading and quality assurance skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and build effective cross-functional relationships
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic HTML knowledge (desirable but not required)
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop (desirable but not required)
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud (desirable but not required)
