Role & Responsibilities
- Support creative teams in the production of marketing assets and advertising campaigns, including preparing materials for photo shoots and maintaining a database of artists, photographers and suppliers.
- Create and adapt digital visual content for 360° channels (e‑commerce, e‑retail, CRM, POS) and assist in website design tasks such as homepages, landing pages and product pages.
- Design and help implement in‑store visual concepts, pop‑ups and promotional spaces; produce planograms, prototypes, renders and technical drawings for point‑of‑sale activations.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and correct execution of visual and production materials.
- Contribute to internal communications and support the execution of brand guidelines across paid, owned and earned channels.
Qualifications
- Final‑year student eligible to sign a university internship agreement (must provide official 6‑month internship document).
- Full‑time availability for a 12‑month internship beginning May/June 2026.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design or a closely related discipline, depending on the assignment.
- Fluent English and Spanish (C1 level required); French is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); Figma and AutoCAD required for specific visual design/merchandising assignments.
- Previous internship experience in a creative or retail environment is advantageous.
