LVMH Fragrance Brands hiring Demand Planner in Levallois Perret, France. Lead demand forecasting and S&OP for luxury fragrances and cosmetics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Forecast new product sales quantities by market and lead the analysis and challenge process with regional teams
- Establish and maintain monthly catalogue forecasts in Futurmaster across all markets over an 18-month horizon
- Apply and refine discontinuation and end-of-life product forecasts in Futurmaster, collaborating with relevant teams to optimize stock liquidation
- Facilitate collaborative forecasting processes with priority markets, ensuring clear communication with commercial and marketing teams across regions
- Actively contribute to the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process by providing robust, evidence-based demand forecasts and integrating decisions into systems
- Monitor forecast accuracy against targets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective action plans
- Leverage Power BI expertise to support data analytics and team reporting initiatives, and maintain relationships with Corporate IT teams
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or business school graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales forecasting, preferably in cosmetics, luxury goods, or fast-moving consumer goods
- Proficiency with forecasting tools, ideally Futurmaster
- Fluency in Power BI
- Strong understanding of supply chain flows
- Analytical and forward-thinking mindset with disciplined organizational and time management skills
- Rigorous approach to meeting objectives with customer service orientation and adaptability
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capabilities

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales forecasting or demand planning, ideally within the cosmetics, luxury, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
Education
Engineering degree or business school diploma.
