Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to identify AI opportunities, analyze requirements, and translate them into tailored Data and AI solutions
• Design, develop, and refine machine learning and AI models across diverse use cases including media, marketing, supply chain operations, personalization, e-commerce, and omnichannel content
• Monitor performance of deployed models and their business impact, implementing continuous improvement methodologies including A/B testing, alerting, annotation pipelines, and LLM-as-a-judge evaluation frameworks
• Work closely with ML/AI Engineering teams to industrialize and deploy models into production environments
• Guide business teams in adopting AI solutions and communicate technical work clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to AI culture dissemination across the Group through newsletters, webinars, and experience-sharing initiatives
• Mentor interns and consultants on data science projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, university, or equivalent, with specialization in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence
• Proficiency in core AI concepts and methodologies: machine learning, deep learning, causal inference, generative AI, and agentic systems
• Practical experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models to production
• Strong proficiency in Python and its principal ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience with GCP and/or Dataiku (preferred)
• Fluent in both English and French (working level minimum)
• Sensitivity to luxury sector values, including excellence, rigor, and creativity

First experience in data science or machine learning role; ability to identify opportunities and translate business needs into technical AI solutions; practical experience building and deploying models in production environments.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, university, or equivalent with specialization in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
