LVMH Paris: Data for Insight & Measurement Analyst (F/H) | Media Research. Hybrid CDI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and ensure governance of the new internal data platform for the Research department
- Supervise the collection, structuring, and quality assurance of data across areas of expertise including Paid/Earned Media and Brand Equity
- Develop dashboards and reports tailored to each area of expertise
- Support expert teams in competitive benchmark analyses and cross-functional insights
- Collaborate with the Media Data & Performance team on measurement studies including Brand Lift, Geo Lift, and Search Lift across all LVMH sectors
- Implement and manage the Global Learning Agenda with digital platforms at group level
- Execute ad hoc media studies, both online and offline, providing methodology and analytical support
- Establish competitive digital media monitoring frameworks and identify optimization opportunities for measurement and attribution
- Partner with IT department, service providers, and expert teams to ensure platform scalability and sustainability
Qualifications
- Graduate from a business school or equivalent institution
- First successful experience within a research or marketing department as a research executive or business analyst
- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced analytical skills and comfortable working with large datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and expertise in Power BI or Tableau
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in research, marketing analytics, or business intelligence roles, with demonstrated success in managing data initiatives and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Education
Graduate degree from a business school or equivalent institution in fields such as business administration, marketing, statistics, or data science.
