LVMH Cybersecurity Platforms Engineer in Paris, France — manage cyber defense infrastructure and platform operations with focus on security and optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage integration and deployment of new cyber defense platforms and modules in alignment with group cyber strategy; validate platform acceptance and receptivity
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure optimal platform integration and operational functionality within enterprise infrastructure hosting environments
- Supervise MSSP teams responsible for platform maintenance in operational and security conditions (MCO/MCS); oversee ecosystem integration, functional interfaces, alert routing, CTI ingestion, and security configurations
- Ensure platform access implementation adheres to security requirements through role-based access control (RBAC) structuring, account management, and compliance verification
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architectures, operational procedures, and user guides
- Manage platform lifecycle including version upgrades, patch deployment, performance optimization, and resilience validation
- Optimize platform utilization and performance tuning; analyze logs, metrics, and technical alerts to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor platform health, incident tracking, and ensure availability and performance of delivered services
- Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and platform maintenance
- Maintain security posture through configuration management, role model oversight, user and administrator account recertification, and access log analysis
- Establish and distribute dashboards and reports on platform status, performance, and service effectiveness
- Conduct regular technology watch and trend analysis in cyber defense domains
- Collaborate with MSSP leadership to validate service execution and operational excellence
- Collect operational team requirements for patches and enhancements; conduct vendor reviews to identify planned platform developments and submit improvement proposals
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in computer science or IT with specialization in cybersecurity
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in engineering or operating cyber defense platforms, ideally in SOC/CERT environments
- Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity including attack and defense techniques, vulnerability analysis, and incident detection and response methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of security frameworks and standards (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Proficiency with security solutions architecture (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, NDR) and cyber threat intelligence services
- Scripting and automation skills in Python or PowerShell
- Demonstrated analytical mindset, methodological approach, and attention to operational service quality and reporting
- Active technology watch and intellectual curiosity
- Fluent English proficiency (mandatory)
- CISSP, CISM, CEH certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Demonstrated commitment to Green IT principles and environmental sustainability in technology operations (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in engineering or operating cyber defense platforms within SOC or CERT environments. Additionally, at least 10 years of cumulative information technology and security operations experience is required.
Education
Engineering degree in computer science or information technology with specialization in cybersecurity or related discipline.
