Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the reference security architect for customer-facing applications (CRM, Marketing platforms, Clienteling, omnichannel retail) and provide authoritative technical guidance.
- Analyse application security risks, anticipate threats linked to new technologies and integrate findings into architecture models and security baselines.
- Define and publish security policies, guidelines and reference architectures for implementation across the Group’s applications.
- Validate and select technologies, liaise with vendors on security matters and maintain active vulnerability and threat monitoring for third‑party applications.
- Specify and organise application security testing strategies, controls and audits; verify adherence to policies and manage policy exceptions.
- Support business entities in secure design, technical security requirements and integration of new or upgraded applications.
- Contribute to the Group-wide application monitoring policy in coordination with cyber defence and operational security teams and provide on-demand expert advice.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master’s in Computer Science with a specialization in Cybersecurity.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with substantial experience in application security and customer‑facing systems.
- Proven ability to author security policies, reference architectures and technical security requirements for large, multi‑brand organisations.
- Strong communication skills; able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive and able to operate within a federated enterprise environment.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA and domain-specific application/security certifications are a strong plus.

Experience
Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity, including extensive hands‑on and advisory experience in securing applications (at least 5 years focused on application security for CRM, clienteling, omnichannel or retail platforms) within large, distributed organisations.
Education
Engineering degree or Master’s in Computer Science, specialized in Cybersecurity.
