LVMH Watches & Jewelry seeks Customer Support Specialist in Tokyo, Japan. Manage repair inquiries, SAP data entry, and luxury brand customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for repair inquiries regarding branded watches and jewelry, providing information on repair reception, service timelines, and costs
- Handle incoming calls and emails from end users, watch retailers, boutique locations, and internal wholesale departments as first-point-of-contact
- Input customer and product information (product number, serial) into SAP system and track malfunction repair status
- Receive and verify repair watches and corresponding invoices; consolidate repair status information and enter into system
- Perform administrative duties including document sorting, mail processing, and file management
- Address product-related inquiries and coordinate communications with Swiss headquarters for e-commerce operations
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer service experience, including customer-facing and sales roles
- Experience serving affluent clientele in luxury brands, premium hospitality, airlines, or department stores
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and Notes software platforms
- Ability to type without looking (blind touch) while managing concurrent calls
- Comfort with detailed work involving precision mechanical watches and jewelry
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance protocols and ability to adhere strictly to regulations
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of customer service experience, ideally encompassing customer-facing roles in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end service environments. Call center experience is not essential; experience managing inquiries for affluent clientele in hotels, airlines, luxury brands, or department stores is highly valued. Direct experience with watches or jewelry is not required.
