LVMH Beauty Iberia seeks a Customer Service Intern in Madrid, Spain for a 6+ month full-time internship supporting order management and customer support operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks and operational support
  • Manage reception and recording of orders in the system, and process customer returns
  • Follow up on and coordinate resolutions of claims between the Commercial Team and Customer Service department
  • Address customer inquiries professionally and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Resolve routine customer issues independently, escalating complex queries to management as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Vocational Training (FPGM or FPGS) in Business Administration and Management or Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • Fluent Spanish and English (C1 level minimum)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Enthusiasm, proactivity, and strong team collaboration skills
  • Methodical approach with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience

Previous professional experience in customer service or supply chain operations is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.

Education
