LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks Customer Service & Supply Chain Intern in Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands for August/September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product databases and customer records in SAP and Excel for multi-brand portfolio
- Process daily orders, returns, and deliveries; serve as liaison for logistics operations
- Support sales teams and internal departments (marketing, retail, training, accounting) with commercial initiatives
- Prepare revenue and consumption analysis reports and sales administration documentation
- Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships across supply chain and commercial functions
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French language knowledge is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Service-oriented mindset with customer sensitivity
- Affinity for fragrances and cosmetics products
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner-level experience; no prior professional experience required. Background in customer service, supply chain coordination, or commercial operations is advantageous.
Education
Minimum HBO (higher professional education) level or equivalent qualification; tertiary education in business, supply chain management, or commercial disciplines preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Capelle aan den IJssel, North Holland, Netherlands, with easy access to Rotterdam.
