LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Capelle aan den IJssel seeks a Customer Service & Supply Chain Intern. Internship based in the Netherlands with SAP and Excel responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Customer Service Manager and support daily customer service and supply chain operations for multiple prestige brands.
- Maintain and update article and product master data for each brand; manage customer master data in SAP and Excel.
- Process and monitor orders, returns and deliveries; act as a primary contact for logistics and distribution queries.
- Provide commercial support to sales teams and liaise with internal departments (marketing, retail, training, accounting).
- Prepare analytical reports on sales, consumption and inventory to inform operational and commercial decisions.
Qualifications
- HBO level (Bachelor) or currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s programme (business, logistics, supply chain, commerce, marketing or equivalent).
- Strong service orientation and customer sensitivity.
- Product affinity for fragrances and cosmetics.
- Very good command of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
- Fluent Dutch and English; working knowledge of French is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, proactivity, autonomy and strong organisational skills.
- Team player with a motivated, engaged approach.

Experience
Entry-level / internship: no prior full-time professional experience required. Previous internships, coursework or project experience in customer service, retail operations, supply chain or logistics are advantageous.
Education
HBO level (Bachelor) or currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s programme (business, logistics, supply chain, marketing, or related field).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Capelle aan den IJssel, South Holland, Netherlands, with easy access to Rotterdam.
