LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Customer Service & Supply Chain Intern in Brussels for a six-month programme beginning January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product and client databases and ensure data accuracy
- Oversee daily order processing and monitor product flows
- Handle dispute case documentation and escalation procedures
- Negotiate with transport partners and optimize logistics planning
- Support the sales force and key account management activities
- Implement and monitor Customer Service KPIs for the LVMH BeNeLux division
- Analyze and document Customer Service procedures and best practices
- Prepare environmental compliance declarations
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Manager
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed studies in business school, engineering school, or equivalent university programme
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch proficiency is an asset
- Demonstrated curiosity, rigor, and organizational discipline
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with fragrances and cosmetics market
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Comfort with computer software and digital tools

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate strong learning potential and readiness to contribute meaningfully within a fast-paced luxury goods environment.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed higher education studies (école de commerce, engineering school, or equivalent university programme).
