LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics — Customer Service & Supply Chain Intern in Brussels. 6‑month on-site internship (July–Jan 2027) in Sales Administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Customer Service Manager and integrate into the Sales Administration (Customer Service) team.
- Manage article and client master data and maintain database integrity.
- Process daily orders and manage product flow across channels.
- Open and follow up dispute files (litiges) and provide resolution support.
- Provide operational support to the sales force and Key Accounts.
- Act as an interface between Customer Service and internal/external stakeholders.
- Negotiate and liaise with transport partners and support transport optimisation projects (planning, new organisation, market studies).
- Develop and implement Customer Service KPIs and document best practices.
- Analyse Customer Service procedures and produce documentation of «Best Share Practices».
- Contribute to environmental declarations and related reporting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in higher education (business school, engineering school or equivalent university programme).
- Curiosity, organisational rigour and strong attention to detail.
- Reactive, adaptable, with demonstrated analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work autonomously.
- Strong client and product sensitivity for fragrances and cosmetics.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Proficiency with office software, notably Excel.

Experience
Beginner — suitable for a candidate currently in higher education with little or no professional experience; internship experience in customer service, logistics or sales support is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in higher education (business school, engineering school or equivalent university degree).
