Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries across omnichannel platforms, primarily inbound and outbound phone support, as well as email, Kakao Talk chatbot, and e-retail platforms.

  • Provide prompt, accurate resolutions using product and service knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer claims in line with internal policies and procedures; escalate complex or sensitive cases promptly to senior leadership or relevant departments to minimize risk.
  • Organize recurring inquiry types to support FAQ updates and improve response scripts.
  • Monitor potential consumer issues that could affect brand reputation or operations and promptly update relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with the CX Specialist and senior leadership to resolve key customer cases and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and provide practical operational feedback for improvement.
  • Manage daily customer service processes, including exchanges, returns, delivery issues, and post-claim follow-ups.
  • Understand data flows between Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) and local legacy systems; accurately record and document consultation histories according to data-entry standards.
  • Compile and process customer inquiry and claim data to prepare reports for senior management and relevant departments.
  • Analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) data to identify trends and areas for improvement for internal sharing.
  • Monitor core customer experience metrics, such as NPS, and carry out practical actions to improve them.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in customer service or related operational roles.
  • Expertise and high proficiency in phone support and handling complex complaints.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) preferred.
  • Operational experience with multichannel tools, including Kakao chatbot, email, and telephony systems.
  • Understanding of and adaptability to corporate legacy systems and Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Clear understanding of distribution structures and customer service processes for department stores, Brand.com, and external partner malls (e-concession).
  • Business English proficiency required for understanding global system manuals, email correspondence, and basic written communication; functional work use is prioritized over fluency.
  • Proactive and open-minded, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Able to prioritize and systematically complete tasks in a multitasking environment.
