LVMH — Paris (8th) | Culture, Intrapreneurship & AI Engagement Intern (internship) starting Sept 2026 at Group HR, Culture & Initiative team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and organisation of collaborative formats that bring together talents, Maisons and Divisions to identify innovative HR and business solutions.
- Support the coordination and engagement of the AI Change Ambassadors community, including preparing meetings, materials, follow-ups and internal communications.
- Manage and optimise the digital platform for idea calls, and support the monitoring and coordination of the Group’s incubation programme.
- Prepare content, reports and presentations related to ongoing intrapreneurial projects and AI transformation initiatives.
- Support the organisation of Group-level HR events such as People at Heart and the People at Heart Awards, contributing to programme delivery and logistics.
- Identify and promote key initiatives and success stories to enhance visibility of culture, engagement and innovation across the Group.
Qualifications
- Final-year Master’s student (Master 2) in business school, Sciences Po, design school or equivalent university programme.
- Curious, organised, rigorous and proactive with strong interest in culture, innovation, collective intelligence and transformation.
- Demonstrated project management and problem-solving capabilities with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable preparing high-quality materials for senior audiences.
- Fluent in French and English; prior exposure to AI-related topics is a strong advantage.
- Able to work in a demanding, international and fast-paced environment and maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Experience
Early-career level: targeted at final-year Master’s students or equivalent with limited professional experience; prior internship or project experience in HR, innovation or project coordination is desirable. Familiarity with AI topics is a plus.
Education
Final-year Master’s degree (Master 2) from a business school, Sciences Po, design school or equivalent university programme.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
