LVMH — Paris: CSR Project Officer (Apprenticeship). 1-year alternance starting Sept 2026 in Group CSR, supporting reporting and CSRD activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support management and coordination of international social responsibility (CSR) projects under the direction of the CSR Manager.
- Contribute to group RSE reporting campaigns: aggregate and analyse data from Maisons to feed internal and external communication tools.
- Participate in tasks linked to CSRD implementation and compliance activities, including data collection and reporting preparation.
- Facilitate and animate CSR networks: prepare and present at RSE network meetings and contribute to cross-Maison collaboration.
- Prepare reports, presentations and data visualisations to inform decision-making and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's programme (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability or a closely related discipline.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience handling HR data; familiarity with Power BI or similar data-visualisation tools.
- Ability to represent LVMH values: innovation, excellence, entrepreneurial spirit and commitment.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for candidates currently pursuing a Bac+5 degree. Prior internships or first experiences in CSR, HR or sustainability reporting are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's level (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Environmental Management or related field (enrolled at time of contract).
