LVMH CSR and Inclusion internship in Paris (6 months, Sept 2026): Support corporate social responsibility and diversity initiatives across the luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support dissemination of global CSR and Inclusion strategy across the Group, including preparation of regional and House-level communications and impact evaluation
- Assist with Group-wide initiatives including EllesVMH, Pride Month, Inclusion Index, and engagement week
- Support the organization and implementation of communication campaigns in coordination with identified stakeholders
- Manage and animate Group employee networks and digital platforms
- Conduct strategic and media monitoring on CSR and Inclusion topics
- Contribute to the organization and facilitation of events with territories or partner associations
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of secondary and high school internship programmes within the equal opportunities framework
- Participate in additional departmental projects as required
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's degree programme (Bac+4/5)
- Strong interest in social issues, particularly diversity and inclusion and equal opportunities
- Excellent rigour, organization skills, and capacity for synthesis and analysis
- Advanced English proficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities and discretion
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong operational acumen
- Prior experience in CSR, inclusion, or communications (with a company or association) is desirable

Beginner-level professional experience desired. A prior internship or association work in CSR, inclusion, or communications is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5).
