LVMH CSR & Inclusion Internship, Paris. 6-month project assistant role supporting global diversity and sustainability initiatives across luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of global CSR and inclusion strategy through preparation of communications and materials for regional teams and maisons, including impact evaluation and monitoring
  • Assist with group-level CSR and inclusion initiatives including EllesVMH, Pride Month, Inclusion Index, and engagement week campaigns
  • Coordinate and implement communications campaigns in partnership with identified stakeholders
  • Animate group employee networks and manage digital platform engagement
  • Monitor strategic and media developments on CSR and inclusion topics
  • Support the organization and facilitation of events with territorial partners and associated organizations
  • Assist with coordination and supervision of secondary and high school internship placements under the equal opportunity program

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) student or equivalent
  • Strong interest in social issues, diversity and inclusion, and equal opportunity principles
  • Rigorous and well-organized approach with demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management and confidentiality awareness
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • First experience in CSR, inclusion, or communications at an enterprise or nonprofit organization is advantageous
