LVMH — CSR & Disability Project Officer (Apprenticeship) in Paris (8th). 12-month apprenticeship starting Sep 2026 supporting Group inclusion and disability programmes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support deployment of Group-wide disability and inclusion initiatives, including the apprenticeship training scheme, across France and internationally.
  • Design and implement communications and awareness-raising campaigns for employees and managers on disability and inclusion topics.
  • Provide guidance, tools and documentation to Maisons and country teams on recruitment, job retention, recognition of disability status and recourse to sheltered/adapted employment sectors.
  • Assist in the roll-out and coordination of training programmes related to disability and inclusion throughout the Group.
  • Contribute to the annual disability reporting process and support monitoring of related indicators.
  • Support budget tracking and administrative management for the Mission Handicap.
  • Organise and support events for HR teams, managers and employees (including participation in Inclusiv’Day).
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external organisations, notably ARPEJEH, to strengthen talent pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s) programme at a university or business school, with a clear interest in corporate social responsibility, inclusion or social policy.
  • Prior internships or practical experience in HR, CSR/RSE or related fields preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken English (professional/mastery level required); working knowledge of French is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and event coordination skills.
  • Organisational rigour, ability to manage administrative tasks and support reporting processes.
  • Comfort operating in an international, matrix environment and liaising with multiple Maisons and country teams.

Experience
