LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks CRM Project Coordinator Intern in Levallois-Perret, France (Jan–July 2027). Support luxury marketing strategy for Givenchy & KENZO.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop CRM content to support product catalogues and commercial operations
- Prepare and debrief agency briefs to optimize creative output and brand alignment
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and visual identity standards across all CRM materials
- Support international markets in content creation and validate CRM campaign executions
- Monitor and report on CRM key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including marketing development, legal, and digital teams, as well as external communications agencies
- Conduct competitive intelligence research on CRM and e-CRM initiatives within the luxury fragrance sector
Qualifications
- Enrolled in 4th or 5th year of business school or equivalent university programme with marketing specialization
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written communication abilities and editorial sensibility
- Demonstrated interest in the cosmetics and fragrance industry
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in direct marketing, customer loyalty programmes, or CRM within a corporate or agency environment is advantageous. Entry-level candidates with relevant coursework in marketing and CRM are encouraged to apply.

Currently pursuing or recently completed 4th or 5th year of business school or equivalent university degree with marketing specialization.

The successful candidate will be located in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
