LVMH Beauty Iberia seeks CRM & eCommerce Intern in Madrid. Support luxury brand campaigns via Salesforce and drive D2C excellence for Givenchy & Kenzo.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of monthly CRM calendar for both brands according to brand guidelines, encompassing product launches, key customer promotions, and other commercial activations
- Create campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including asset creation, translation, HTML template development in collaboration with agencies, draft review, audience targeting, and email distribution
- Coordinate with headquarters CRM department for campaign reporting and content validation
- Provide direct support to the Loyalty Program, including curating premium customer activations, organizing masterclasses, and coordinating localized campaigns
- Assist El Corte Inglés field teams across all CRM functions, including sales objectives, clienteling initiatives, and loyalty gift programs
- Conduct training for Beauty Consultants through physical and online seminars, addressing technical issues and delivering performance reporting to maintain CRM visibility at point-of-sale
- Support implementation of automated customer journey workflows across point-of-sale and eCommerce databases
- Monitor Givenchy and Kenzo CRM activations with monthly reporting and comprehensive data analysis
- Execute eCommerce animations for Givenchybeauty.com in alignment with product launches and commercial initiatives coordinated with headquarters teams
- Ensure premium direct-to-consumer experience on Givenchybeauty.com through website optimization, product assortment review, content management, and functionality assessment against brand and market standards
- Produce website reporting to track performance against key performance indicators including sales, traffic, and customer acquisition
- Analyze competitor digital presence and marketing campaigns to develop benchmarking insights for eCommerce and CRM optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree in Digital Marketing highly valued
- Minimum six months of previous professional experience in CRM and eCommerce environments
- Fluency in English (C1 level) required
- Full-time availability with minimum six-month commitment, with possibility of formalizing an internship agreement with university
