Moët Hennessy (Reims) seeks a Credit Risk Management Intern to develop training and animate the international Credit Managers community (6‑month internship).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop training materials and an on‑boarding passport for the Group’s Credit Managers, including pedagogical content on rules, best practices and use of tools such as SAP, Power BI and Essbase.
  • Animate and coordinate the international Credit Risk Management community (≈50 Credit Managers across 130 countries) to facilitate knowledge‑sharing and alignment of practices.
  • Draft, update and harmonise Group guidelines on Credit Risk Management to strengthen client risk oversight.
  • Analyse existing credit risk processes and propose process improvements and innovative solutions adapted to the Group’s financial and operational constraints.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Finance function and support transformational initiatives.
  • Participate in monthly closing activities with international Finance teams and prepare the monthly report for Moët Hennessy Top Management Finance.
  • Support the Credit Risk Management budgeting process in collaboration with Financial Control teams.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (business school or university) with a specialisation in Finance or Communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to animate an international community.
  • Strong analytical, drafting and organisational capabilities.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Comfortable adopting new communication formats and technologies (video content, AI tools).
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP, Power BI and Essbase is advantageous.
  • Curiosity, intellectual agility and adaptability to a fast‑evolving finance function.

Experience
