Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve sales targets across fragrance and makeup product lines, monitoring performance against KPIs including sales volume, average transaction value, conversion rate, and dwell time
- Coach, motivate, and support beauty advisors daily to foster strong team morale and deliver exceptional service excellence
- Serve as a role model in sales, service quality, brand representation, and professional grooming standards
- Establish and track individual and team objectives, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing continuous feedback
- Deliver expert consultation and personalized services for Givenchy fragrances and makeup products to build long-term customer relationships
- Orchestrate successful product launches, in-store animations, and events in collaboration with brand and Globus recommendations
- Ensure consistent application and maintenance of visual merchandising and brand guidelines to premium standards
- Engage customers through compelling brand storytelling and product demonstrations
- Oversee all administrative functions including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure efficient inventory control with order recommendations as needed
- Generate accurate and timely reports on sales, KPIs, and operational data for management review
- Identify business growth opportunities and implement effective action plans to significantly enhance counter performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail with a focus on beauty, including at least 2 years in a counter manager or equivalent leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and develop high-performing team members
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of retail operations and market trends
- Ability to engage internal stakeholders and present brand initiatives convincingly
