Givenchy Counter Manager vacancy in Adelaide, Australia – lead luxury beauty retail with KPI-driven sales and team excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and deliver weekly and monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and driving minimum hourly productivity targets with maximised conversion
- Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver high performance, fostering a results-focused culture with clear expectations and accountability
- Deliver a luxury client experience through compelling brand storytelling, personalised service, and consultative fragrance discovery and skincare consultations
- Proactively manage stock to prevent lost sales opportunities, ensuring strong availability of top-selling SKUs and maintaining full tester availability at all times
- Take full ownership of all hotspots, animations and promotional activity, maximising results during peak trade periods and key events
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, tester hygiene, visual merchandising and counter presentation in accordance with all VM guidelines
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback and performance conversations, holding the team accountable to individual targets and ensuring they represent Givenchy as best-in-class Brand Ambassadors
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales reporting and administrative tasks, providing regular qualitative and quantitative feedback on performance and competition to the Retail Manager
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience of 3–5 years in a luxury or beauty environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and lead high-performing teams
- Strong background in luxury, beauty or fragrance retail
- Exceptional communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Results-driven with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Passion for the Givenchy brand and delivering a luxury client experience
