The Corporate Tax team supports the group’s strategic and operational activities from its Paris headquarters.

LVMH in Paris seeks a Corporate Tax Intern (on-site) to support Corporate Tax on French/international tax, M&A, Pillar 2 and CbCR.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical tax studies on French and international taxation (direct and indirect taxes).
  • Monitor French and international tax news and regularly review CAC40 financial communications.
  • Support Corporate Tax specialists on tax management of holding structures, tax reviews and liaison with accounting on technical tax issues and intragroup flows.
  • Assist on tax audits, management of major tax litigation and claims procedures.
  • Contribute to M&A and domestic/international reorganisation projects from a tax perspective.
  • Support the management of financial taxation matters and coordination of group tax policy.
  • Participate in analysis and implementation of OECD Pillar 2 rules and Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR), including impact assessment and process documentation.
  • Follow up on peripheral operational activities with fiscal implications as required.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Bar School, a Business School or a postgraduate programme in Management/Law with a strong emphasis on corporate taxation.
  • Ideally one prior internship or first experience within a corporate tax team or law firm.
  • Fluent English (written and oral).
  • Autonomous, available, strong interpersonal skills, team player, rigorous with an ability to synthesise complex information.

Experience

Student-level internship; ideally one prior internship or entry-level experience in a tax department or tax law firm.

Education

Currently enrolled in Bar School, a Business School or a master's/postgraduate programme in Law or Management with a concentration in corporate taxation.
