LVMH North America Corporate Communications Trainee in New York. Support internal communications, CSR initiatives, and digital strategy on the VONA intranet platform. $20–$25/hour, hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of internal communications and CSR platforms, particularly the VONA intranet
- Craft and manage intranet content including articles, community posts, presentations, and infographics in collaboration with leadership
- Become subject matter expert on VONA platform architecture and provide training support to community managers
- Facilitate technology support requests with IT teams across New York and Paris locations
- Analyze VONA traffic and newsletter metrics using analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Curate editorial calendars aligned with employer branding and CSR initiatives; support weekly newsletter creation and distribution
- Design event flyers, newsletter banners, and maintain content calendars; set up logistical support for virtual and live events
- Compile and report on intranet, newsletter, and CSR performance data for quarterly dashboard reports
- Own department event logistics including pre-event preparation, vendor coordination, on-site content capture, and post-event follow-up
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for departmental and executive communications
- Manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, and solution providers
Qualifications
- Strong grasp of graphic design principles and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with current AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot and their workflow applications
- Basic knowledge of coding languages (HTML/CSS) for website updates and troubleshooting
- Exceptional writing skills across diverse formats including formal reports and social media copy
- Strong organizational capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Adaptability within fast-paced environments while maintaining quality and strategic focus
- Demonstrated self-initiative and ability to build relationships across matrixed organizations
- Experience with internal communications platforms considered advantageous but not mandatory
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working with fashion or luxury brands is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with social and digital marketing practices is essential. Basic experience with videography, photography, and editing software is advantageous. Entry-level candidates with relevant digital communications coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Education
Candidates should be pursuing or hold graduate-level studies in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related Digital/CIS field. Relevant coursework or demonstrated experience in Digital Communications is essential.
