LVMH — Apprenticeship Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst in Paris (Sep 2026). Support e‑commerce optimisation, A/B testing and analytics across Maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Experimentation & Analytics team to analyse website performance and customer journeys across Maisons and produce actionable optimisation recommendations.
  • Collect, cleanse and analyse web data using Google Analytics and related tracking tools to identify conversion levers and friction points.
  • Define, write and maintain functional specifications (technical and design) for A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
  • Design A/B test mockups and work with Maison UX teams to translate ideas into testable variants.
  • Manage test roadmaps, coordinate launches, ensure timelines are met and validate data quality and KPI reporting.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders using slide decks and clear storytelling.
  • Evaluate test results, quantify business impact, and produce documentation of best practices for e‑commerce optimisation.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s program (business school, engineering school or university) and available for an apprenticeship starting September 2026.
  • Strong interest in data analysis, e‑commerce and conversion optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a very good level of English.
  • Autonomous, organised, rigorous and creative with strong attention to detail.
  • Hands‑on experience with web tracking, UX analytics and experimentation tools (see skills).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
