LVMH seeks Controlling Manager in Paris to drive industrial finance strategy across artisanal supply chain business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as strategic finance partner to assigned entities, identifying synergies, sharing best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing perimeter
- Strengthen analytical structures and controlling frameworks to improve financial visibility, consistency, and decision-making quality
- Review, challenge, and harmonize costing methodologies, stock valuation principles, and industrial controlling practices across all assigned entities
- Standardize industrial variances, monitor corrective action plans, and ensure implementation of performance improvements
- Coordinate and consolidate industrial performance reporting focused on revenue, cost structure, margins, and operational KPIs for management insights
- Participate in monthly and annual closing operations, ensuring reliability and consistency of reported financial figures
- Prepare comprehensive activity notes, quarterly, and annual financial reporting materials with emphasis on quality and business relevance
- Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making and identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Monitor cash flow and capital expenditure trends against strategic objectives and business requirements
- Lead and coordinate the budget process for the assigned perimeter, challenging local assumptions and cost trajectories
- Support entities in developing robust multi-year business plans and relevant financial scenarios
- Build financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, business development, and eco-transformation decisions
- Evaluate, monitor, and challenge continuous improvement and operational excellence projects for robustness and benefit realization
- Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes and performance monitoring tools, leveraging business intelligence solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience with significant exposure to industrial controlling in manufacturing environments
- Proven track record as a finance business partner capable of challenging financial and operational stakeholders constructively
- Demonstrated success in performance improvement, transformation projects, and financial support to operational decision-making
- Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including substantial exposure to industrial controlling within a manufacturing environment. Prior audit experience is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to serve as a credible finance business partner capable of challenging both financial and operational stakeholders. Proven track record in performance improvement, transformation initiatives, and providing financial support to operational decision-making.
Education
Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
