LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics (LVMH Beauty Iberia) — Controlling Intern in Madrid: 6-month full-time finance internship focused on HR controlling, reporting and budgeting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Control and analyse cost data, headcount (HC) and Full-Time Equivalents (FTE); identify and explain deviations.
  • Maintain and update dashboards and KPIs by brand; consolidate LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics figures.
  • Prepare and update group reporting on a monthly and annual cadence.
  • Produce HR-related reports and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
  • Participate in the budgeting process, applying Group and local guidelines in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Controlling team.
  • Support the annual salary review by verifying and updating salary information and preparing related reports.
  • Assist implementation of Compensation & Benefits processes, including offer comparisons and expenditure forecasting.
  • Receive and process invoices from Compensation & Benefits suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Industrial Organization Engineering or a similar discipline; Master’s degree considered a plus.
  • Fluent English (C1) is required; French and other languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP desirable.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and numerical rigour.
  • Planning and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and work reliably.
  • Business-oriented mindset; sensibility to the luxury industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to sign a university internship agreement for a minimum of six months, full-time.
  • Previous professional experience in finance/controlling is a plus.

Experience
