LVMH Fragrance Brands hires a Continuous Improvement Engineer (Apprentice) in Beauvais, France to drive production performance and digital KPI implementation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment of the production performance roadmap across manufacturing, packaging and maintenance functions.
  • Identify and quantify operational losses (quality, labour, machine time, material waste) and propose targeted corrective actions.
  • Lead productivity improvement initiatives for identified themes and pilot associated projects through to measurable gains.
  • Develop and implement digital support tools for operational animation, communication and performance tracking.
  • Define and deploy indicators and dashboards (PowerBi) to monitor performance and report results.
  • Animate cross-functional teams using structured problem-solving methods and present outcomes at Steering Committee meetings.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Bac+2 or Bac+3 technical diploma (BTS, DUT or equivalent); preparation for an engineering cycle in alternance required.
  • Enrolled in or committed to begin an engineering programme in alternance at the start of the academic year.
  • Strong commitment to industrial environments and respect for safety rules.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client-service orientation; ability to animate teams and workshops.
  • Analytical, creative, proactive, rigorous and solution-focused, with an appetite for continuous improvement.

Experience
