Role & Responsibilities

  • Track foreign exchange rate fluctuations and monitor month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including inter-company sales reconciliation
  • Verify data consistency and reliability across all financial figures and execute stock rotation calculations (DOI) globally and by subsidiary
  • Create and produce executive dashboards and reporting materials for COMEX, CFO, and Works Council (CSE)
  • Support market data collection and manage reminders for quarterly submissions from regional subsidiaries
  • Monitor budget and forecast submissions, verify figure coherence, calculate future-month exchange rates (YTG), and load actual year-to-date data into the consolidation tool
  • Manage system access rights, data entry openings, and oversee consolidation package creation and deployment
  • Maintain regular communication and collaboration with Finance, IT, and Management Control teams across Beauty Division subsidiaries

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or university program with specialization in audit or finance
  • Proactive, meticulous, and reliable work ethic
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational competence and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
