LVMH Beauty seeks a Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France to manage international mobility and compensation frameworks.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a key referent for compensation and benefits topics across LVMH Beauty Maisons, supporting the deployment and consistent application of Group frameworks, policies and guidelines across the Division
  • Advise and support HR teams and Maisons on a broad range of compensation and benefits topics, with specific expertise in international mobility
  • Serve as the main point of contact for international mobility compensation and benefits matters, including package structure, allowances, benefits, policy interpretation and employment approaches
  • Review and coordinate international mobility packages for cross-border moves, external hires and intra-Group transfers, in alignment with Group guidance and validation principles
  • Partner closely with Maison and Group stakeholders on complex compensation & benefits and mobility-related cases, balancing business context, policy alignment, internal equity and market practices
  • Lead or coordinate benchmark analyses, internal comparisons and cost projections to support compensation decisions, mobility cases and offer proposals
  • Contribute to annual compensation review cycles, share plan cycles, and broader compensation & benefits governance across the Division
  • Support key compensation & benefits projects and priorities such as job mapping, pay equity, pay transparency and harmonization of practices across Maisons
  • Contribute to the operational management of compensation & benefits topics through data preparation, reporting, documentation and process follow-up
  • Prepare decision materials, presentations and summaries for senior HR stakeholders and leadership teams across the Beauty Division and the Group
  • Identify and contribute to improvements in tools, processes and documentation, with strong attention to reliability, quality and rigor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international and complex environment
  • Strong experience in international mobility, including package review, policy application and support on cross-border cases
  • Solid understanding of compensation methodologies, benchmarking and internal equity principles
  • Ability to work across both operational and transversal topics in a matrix environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with ease in handling data, HR controlling, reporting and cost analysis

Experience
