LVMH Beauty seeks Compensation & Benefits Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine for six-month assignment managing remuneration programmes and international mobility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the deployment of the LVMH Job Map across beauty maisons, ensuring consistency and coherence across brands
- Support annual salary review campaigns to strengthen equity and competitiveness in alignment with Group objectives and regional requirements
- Design and oversee international mobility packages whilst ensuring compliance with LVMH International Mobility Policy
- Provide strategic counsel and education to maisons on all compensation and benefits matters related to international assignments
- Conduct market analysis and internal benchmarking to support competitive salary offer proposals
- Enhance C&B tools, documentation, reporting frameworks, and process efficiency
- Partner with HR teams, maison leadership, and Group functions to deploy short and long-term variable compensation programmes and associated initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits within an international group or conglomerate
- Strong expertise in international mobility frameworks and cross-border employment regulations
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and budgetary management
- Mastery of HR information systems and proven commitment to process improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving acumen, emotional intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration
