LVMH Beauty, Neuilly-sur-Seine: Compensation & Benefits Manager, 6-month temporary mission. Lead C&B strategy, mobility packages, salary reviews.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy the LVMH Job Map across beauty maisons whilst ensuring consistency and alignment between entities
- Contribute to annual salary review campaigns to strengthen equity and competitiveness in liaison with LVMH Group and regional teams
- Develop and oversee international mobility packages in accordance with LVMH Group Mobility Policy
- Provide strategic counsel and education to beauty maisons on all compensation and benefits aspects related to international mobility
- Conduct market analyses and internal benchmarking to support salary offer proposals
- Enhance tools, documentation, reporting, and process efficiency
- Collaborate with HR teams, maison managers, and LVMH Group on programme deployment (short and long-term variable remuneration) and associated projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in compensation and benefits within an international group
- Strong knowledge of international mobility subjects
- Solid analytical capabilities with proficiency in data management, reporting, and budget governance
- Mastery of HR information systems and demonstrated interest in process improvement
- Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders in a cross-functional and matrix environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in compensation and benefits management within a large international group, with demonstrated expertise in international mobility frameworks and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
