Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing compensation packages for international assignments, including salary, allowances, benefits, and relocation.
- Support the definition of competitive compensation packages for new hires.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for management.
- Administer expatriate packages and coordinate international relocation logistics.
- Ensure compliance with global Group mobility policy.
- Provide support to expatriates and new hires regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of assignments, compensation, and benefits.
- Prepare reports for audits and analyze data to improve package effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interest in international HR and global mobility.

Experience
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
