LVMH Client Engagement Analyst apprenticeship in Paris (8th arrondissement), January 2027, one-year programme focusing on CRM modernization and customer engagement strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution and monitoring of CRM and customer engagement projects alongside the Senior Manager
- Identify and evaluate new content formats and engagement approaches aligned with luxury brand standards
- Measure customer engagement metrics and perceived value to identify targeting opportunities
- Explore artificial intelligence applications, predictive scoring methodologies, and emerging innovation trends in customer engagement
- Develop and document strategic frameworks, playbooks, and methodological guides for the CRM and clienteling community
- Support cross-functional collaboration within the Digital division to ensure alignment of customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme at a business school, university, or specialized marketing or project management institution
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in consulting, project management, retail operations, or CRM environments (preferred)
- Strong affinity for the luxury sector and demonstrated understanding of its distinctive requirements
- Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools, both generative and analytical
- Advanced capability in project structuring and organizational methodology
- Excellent analytical and synthesizing skills with rigorous methodological approach
- Strong ability to integrate qualitative and emotional indicators with business performance metrics
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or first apprenticeship experience in consulting, project management, retail, or CRM is preferred but not required. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity about luxury, customer engagement, and emerging technologies is essential.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4/5 degree in commerce, business administration, marketing, or specialized project management from an accredited institution.
