BVLGARI seeks a Client Advisor in Toronto to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales at the Yorkdale boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless, highly personalized luxury experience for every client, applying the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony and tailoring interactions to individual preferences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective closing techniques.
- Build, expand and nurture a high-value client portfolio via strategic outreach, referrals and bespoke follow-ups.
- Use CRM and digital clienteling tools to track opportunities, personalise outreach and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
- Represent the brand at private client events, in-store activations and high-profile engagements to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Maintain boutique standards: ensure visual merchandising integrity, assist with inventory control and support opening/closing procedures.
- Support operational projects and high‑profile client requests, coordinating with store leadership to deliver elevated service.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of proven success in luxury retail sales with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated experience engaging high‑net‑worth clients and delivering discreet, relationship-driven service.
- Strong luxury product knowledge and the ability to communicate craftsmanship, design and brand heritage persuasively.
- High emotional intelligence, polished interpersonal presence and aptitude for consultative selling.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital clienteling platforms; comfortable with basic retail systems and reporting.
- Fluency in additional languages is an advantage for serving an international clientele.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience, preferably within jewellery, watches or premium accessories, with a proven sales record and experience serving high‑net‑worth clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary diploma or degree in business, retail management, gemology or a related field preferred.
