BVLGARI seeks a Client Advisor in Toronto. Full-time retail role at BVLGARI Bloor Street delivering luxury client experiences and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless, highly personalized luxury experience and master the BVLGARI selling ceremony to tailor interactions to each client’s lifestyle and motivations.
  • Proactively achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and curated high-end experiences.
  • Build, expand and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for new and existing clients.
  • Utilize CRM and digital clienteling tools to track, engage and retain clientele using data-driven outreach and follow-ups.
  • Represent BVLGARI at private client events, in-store activations and high-profile engagements to cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Ensure boutique standards through inventory control, visual merchandising, product replenishment and daily opening/closing procedures.
  • Support special projects and bespoke client requests, coordinating operational needs to ensure flawless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' proven success in luxury retail or client-facing roles with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage high-net-worth clients and execute sophisticated sales interactions.
  • Deep product knowledge and fluency in luxury storytelling, with a passion for craftsmanship and brand heritage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: confident, engaging and adaptable to a diverse, international clientele.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital clienteling tools; comfortable using retail technology to drive sales.
  • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.

Experience

Education
