BVLGARI seeks an experienced Client Advisor in Palm Beach, Florida to deliver luxury service and drive sales for premium jewelry and watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client with warmth and cultural sensitivity, identifying needs and delivering tailored product recommendations
- Execute the BVLGARI selling ceremony with distinctive flair, guiding clients through discovery, storytelling, and transaction closure
- Present high-value pieces with confidence and negotiate win-win solutions that feel seamless and effortless
- Strategically upsell and cross-sell across product categories by intuitively reading client desires and preferences
- Build and actively manage a robust personal client book through strategic daily outreach and CRM engagement
- Perform multi-channel CRM actions—including calls, messages, appointments, and social media—to deepen relationships and drive repeat business
- Capture and maintain accurate client data with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to privacy protocols
- Invite and host clients for exclusive in-store events, private appointments, and curated experiences
- Network within the community at social functions and cultural events to cultivate new clientele
- Ensure the boutique maintains BVLGARI's impeccable luxury standards in cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation
- Support inventory management, stock organization, and replenishment with precision and efficiency
- Follow operational procedures including POS transactions, after-sales service protocols, and compliance guidelines
- Partner with team members to foster a collaborative, supportive environment and ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail or high-touch, client-facing environments with measurable sales success
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal, high-net-worth client book
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry and gemology certification preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to diverse, international, and high-net-worth clientele
- Demonstrated cultural curiosity and sensitivity with genuine appreciation for different perspectives and backgrounds
- Strong relationship-building skills rooted in trust, discretion, and authentic care
