LVMH Fashion Group seeks a Client Advisor in Miami, FL — on-site luxury retail role focused on clienteling, sales and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals through proactive clienteling and retail selling.
- Apply in-depth product knowledge during client interactions to maximise units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Build, maintain and expand a personal client book through personalised outreach and follow-up.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM/database and leverage it for targeted communications.
- Promote store events and product launches via phone, email and handwritten/personalised notes to key clients.
- Manage client-related issues including shipping, alterations and after-sales follow-up to ensure exceptional service.
- Support store operations: shipping & receiving, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures as requested.
- Contribute to store image and housekeeping standards, ensuring merchandising and presentation meet maison guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience; experience within luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing consignment sales.
- Existing client book preferred and demonstrated ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Technologically proficient with experience entering data into CRM systems and using POS terminals.
- Service-oriented with excellent communication, follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum five years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment, with a demonstrable history of meeting sales targets and growing a client book.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or sales training preferred.
