BVLGARI is hiring a Client Advisor (High Jewelry) in King of Prussia, PA — hourly $24–$27/hr. Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a bespoke, world-class luxury experience for every client interaction, tailored to individual preferences and motivations.
  • Master and apply the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony to present high-jewelry and watches with compelling brand storytelling.
  • Proactively achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and personalised client experiences.
  • Cultivate, expand and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients through strategic outreach, referrals and follow-ups.
  • Host and support private appointments, high-jewelry events, trunk shows and exclusive client engagements.
  • Use CRM and digital clienteling tools to track interactions, manage opportunities and generate data-driven client strategies.
  • Support boutique operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, product replenishment and opening/closing procedures.
  • Represent BVLGARI as a brand ambassador at in-store activations and private client events, ensuring brand standards and boutique presentation are upheld.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of proven success in luxury retail, specifically with high-jewelry or comparable ultra-luxury categories.
  • Demonstrable track record selling to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and managing discreet, high-value transactions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; confident, polished and adaptable across an international clientele.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital clienteling tools; comfortable using data to inform client engagement.
  • Ability to host private events and deliver concierge-level service; discretion and professionalism are essential.
  • Multilingual ability is a strong advantage for servicing international clients.

Experience

Compensation
