Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets through a strong commercial mindset and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand needs, recommend relevant pieces, and apply cross-selling techniques to optimise basket value.
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client experiences at every stage of the in‑store journey, from welcome to aftercare.
- Represent the maison as a brand ambassador, communicating its values and meticulous attention to detail in every interaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team spirit, support collective objectives and maintain a harmonious workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in sales or customer service within fashion or the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills or local market knowledge are advantageous.
- Targeted to UAE nationals (role indicated for UAE national candidates).
- Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and a client‑centric service ethic.
