BVLGARI Client Advisor role in Boston, MA—luxury retail sales position with $26–$28/hour and full benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless, personalized luxury experiences and execute memorable client interactions that embody BVLGARI's brand values and heritage
- Master and apply the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony, tailoring approaches to individual client needs, lifestyle, and motivations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, expanding the client portfolio through strategic outreach and personalized follow-ups
- Proactively achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, driving revenue through high-end sales and premium client experiences
- Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to engage, track, and retain clientele effectively
- Serve as a BVLGARI brand ambassador at private events, in-store activations, and high-profile client engagements
- Maintain the boutique environment to brand standards through visual merchandising, inventory control, and product replenishment
- Support boutique opening and closing procedures, special projects, and operational needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in luxury retail with a strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging high-net-worth clients and executing sophisticated sales interactions
- Fluency in luxury storytelling with genuine passion for craftsmanship, design, and brand heritage
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and digital clienteling tools
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with confidence, emotional intelligence, and adaptability to diverse clientele

Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven success in luxury retail, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and engaging high-net-worth clients through sophisticated sales interactions.
Education
