Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless, highly personalized luxury experience for each client, consistently embodying BVLGARI’s heritage and brand values.
- Apply the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony and tailor sales approaches to clients’ lifestyles, motivations and purchase patterns.
- Prospect, cultivate and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients through strategic outreach, referrals and private appointments.
- Host and support High Jewelry private appointments, trunk shows and exclusive client events, ensuring exceptional hospitality and discretion.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and curated, premium experiences.
- Use CRM and digital clienteling tools to track client interactions, preferences and follow-ups; leverage data-driven insights to drive retention.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, inventory control, opening/closing procedures and product replenishment.
- Act as a BVLGARI ambassador at in-store activations and high-profile engagements, supporting special projects and bespoke client requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable success meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven track record selling High Jewelry or comparable ultra‑luxury products to high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Experience hosting private appointments, trunk shows or invitation‑only events for discerning clientele.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software and digital clienteling platforms; comfortable using client data to inform outreach.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with a refined, service-oriented approach and strict discretion.
- Flexible, on-site availability and a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset; multilingual ability is advantageous.

Experience
Minimum 5 years in luxury retail with a documented history of selling high‑value jewelry to high‑net‑worth or ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and managing private client appointments and events.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, luxury retail, marketing or a related field preferred.
